Lord Cairns

Lord Simon Cairns was a non-executive director of British American Tobacco from 1990 until he was made chairman in 1995.[1]

Cairns was a founder member of the Commonwealth Business Council and is currently on a number of charitable bodies including the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.[2]

In March 2011, BAE appointed him to an advisory role on its ethical responsibilities.[3]
